“Unlike Justice DeWine, Judge Hunter never requested nor secured a job for her family member, to wit, a brother that was hired by the Juvenile Court years before she was elected. However, she was convicted of violating R.C. § 2921.42, despite no evidence of a job or contract she secured. Unless there are two standards of law in operation in Hamilton County, Ohio for judges and officials, based on race and political party affiliation, Deters and DeWine must be charged. The act was committed in Hamilton County, Ohio so Hamilton County has jurisdiction.”
